Healthy Homemade Fudge
Fudge has to be one of my Favourite desserts. But do you know what makes it even better? When it’s healthy!

It takes 10 mins to make and only needs an hour to set.
Healthy Homemade Fudge
Prep time: 10 minutes Setting time: 60 minutes
Ingredients:

- 1 Cup hulled tahini sesame seed paste (or cashew/almond or smooth peanut butter)
- ⅓ Cup coconut oil
- ¼ Cup maca powder (use cacao if want choc fudge)
- ¼ Cup rice malt syrup (or pure maple syrup/coconut sugar)
- ½ tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract – Mix nut butter and coconut oil until smooth using a food processor
Directions:
- Add powder, malt syrup, sea salt and vanilla- stir until smooth and creamy
- Transfer to a dish lined with glad wrap (much easier to remove), and smooth out with spatula
- Freeze for approx 1hr before removing and slicing.Slice melts quickly once out of refrigeration so slice, serve & enjoy!
Keep leftovers sliced in freezer.
